"We have always given a 5 star on everything except for today. We have been coming there for years and we will be back. But today was a disappointment. I know yall were busy , but after we were seated and our drinks were brought to us, our waiter never came back. We waited for a while and watched people that came in after us have their order taken. We still waited. But he never came back to our table. My husband went to the young lady at the register and told her what happened and she charged him over $5 for the 2 teas that I only took 2 sips out of. We have always been treated kind and with a smile. We love going there and all the people that work there. Its an awesome place to go. But I think we should not have had to pay for tea when our order was never taken. Thank you."

"I love that this place stays open later than most other places. Staff is extremely nice & friendly. Ninety Six doesn't have a ton of food options, so I'm really glad to have this place. I usually get the Mexican style street tacos, or the carnitas plate. Very good Pina Colada and Paloma. The manager is very nice."

"So glad to have this place near us in 96, and that they stay open later than most other places in the area. Staff is friendly, manager is extremely nice, and the food has been pretty good."

"Work has brought me to Ninety-Six several times this year and I've tried Las Cascadas for lunch twice now...and it's been great every time! Very authentic ambiance with a huge menu and plenty of lunch specials. The chips and salsa start things off so it's hard to hold off...but taking leftovers home is never a bad idea. They have authentic Mexican drinks too...sodas (Jarritos) and horchata. Plenty of seating inside and the sunroom dining area is a great option to take advantage of those warm summer days."

"My all time favorite. I have lived here about 20years and this is my favorite Mexican. Service always good...food amazing."

"Pretty decent Mexican restaurant with a very large menu that includes American food (wings, burgers, chicken sandwiches, etc) as well as more traditional Hispanic options (fajitas, burritos, enchiladas, tortas, quesadillas). The tortilla chips that we were served when we sat down were fresh and tasty, and our service was generally good, but the house salsa was little more than tomato sauce, and the other sauce available (tomatillo) was very spicy. I typically order quesadillas, rice, beans, burritos at Mexican restaurants, but chose something different with my "Chilaquiles" order, which was essentially guacamole salad, rice, and a mix of tortilla chips, red sauce, peppers, chicken, and cheese. It was tasty until the tortillas became soggy. My Dad and brother ordered the burrito supremo (deep fried burrito with steak, cheese, onions, peppers: a deep fried Philly cheese steak, in other words) and my brother got the Chipotle chicken. My Dad left his meal feeling okay about it, though my brother was a big fan of the Chipotle chicken, so I'd recommend it. I was also able to see that the alcohol here came in large volumes, so that's another recommendation. All in all, pretty good."
